What shipping options are available for my order?

We have three shipping methods to worldwide: Standard, Express, and FedEx. The shipping options available to you will depend on your destination. Here are some examples of the shipping options and estimated delivery times for some popular destinations:

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will vary based on the destination and size of your order.

  • For standard shipping, the cost can range from free shipping to 130 HKD (approximately USD 17).
  • For express shipping, the cost can range from 100 HKD (approximately USD 13) to 230 HKD (approximately USD 30).
  • For FedEx shipping, the cost can range from 150 HKD (approximately USD 19) to 330 HKD (approximately USD 42).

Please note that these are estimated costs and may vary depending on the specific details of your order.

How long will it take to receive the product after placing an order?

After placing an order, please allow for a processing time of 7-10 days before your order is shipped. For customized items, processing time may take longer depending on the complexity of the order. The delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose (please refer to our shipping options for more information).

Please note that for standard and express shipping to some areas, the tracking information will only be updated once the parcel arrives in your country. Rest assured that we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can track your package.

*Remarks: Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, local customs inspections, or shipping company accidents. We will not issue refunds for late delivery as long as we ship the product within the promised time range. Thank you for your understanding.

Is tax included in the listed prices of the items?

We want to make sure you're aware that the prices listed do not include taxes. It's important to check the tax regulations in your country and pay any applicable taxes upon receiving your parcel.

Will you provide customized services, such as customizing a kimono?

Yes, we do provide customized services for our traditional Asian attire. Our main focus is on customizing kimono, qipao, tsuke obi belt, and juban, as well as other related items. We believe that every customer deserves a unique and personalized experience, and we're dedicated to helping you find the perfect style and fit for your needs. If you're interested in our customized services, please contact us with your specific requests and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote and more information.

Is there a return and exchange service?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a return or exchange service. We strive to keep our prices as affordable as possible while still providing high-quality traditional Asian attire. Offering a return o rexchange service would significantly increase our administrative workload and shipping expenses, which would ultimately result in higher prices for our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend reviewing our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. Are you open to accepting wholesale orders?

Yes, we do accept wholesale orders. We welcome wholesale orders for items such as qipao, vintage kimono, and obi belts, as well as many other traditional Asian attire items. If you would like to place a bulk order, please contact us and provide us with the details of the items you are interested in and the quantity you would like to order. Our team will then work with you to provide a quote and discuss any additional information, such as shipping options and timelines. Thank you for considering our store for your wholesale needs!

Is the item new or vintage?

All of our items are new unless otherwise specified. We do offer vintage items in our collection, and these items will be clearly marked as such in their product description. We understand the importance of transparency and want to ensure that our customers are fully informed about the products they are purchasing.

Can I reserve the product first and pay later?

Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve products for customers without payment. Our inventory is limited and we want to ensure that all of our customers have a fair chance to purchase the items they want. We encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to ensure availability.
