Shipping policy

It takes time to process the orders since they are handmade items. The processing time usually takes 3-10 days. Once the products are ready, they will be shipped. A tracking number will be provided through an email from the shop. If you hasn't received any email, that means the product has not been sent yet. Our shop uses express shipping provided by Amarex/UPS/Fedex. The delivery time of UPS and Fedex is usually 3-5 days while that of Amarex is 7-14 days.
