🐾 About the Design The front background color of the half-width obi is a rich jujube red. The middle two sections of the obi feature polka dot patterns, with one section having polka dots and a rabbit design. This makes it easier to match with different kimonos or yukatas. You can choose either pure polka dots or the polka dots with the rabbit design for the front (see reference images 1-3). The remaining sections have a repeating camellia and rabbit pattern, which looks very beautiful when tied.
The back of the obi has a dark purple background, which complements the jujube red very well. This half-width obi was created after trying many different color combinations, confirming that these two colors work well together.
The patterns on the back also feature polka dots and polka dots with a rabbit design in the middle two sections (see reference images 1-3), while the remaining sections have the repetitive camellia and rabbit pattern.
